Ages 0-5: Stay free of charge when using existing bedding, based on room definition.

Ages 6-10: A surcharge of 15 USD per person, per night applies (sharing the same bed only), Includes room amenities, towels, blankets, and drinking water.

Ages 11 and above: A surcharge of 20 USD per person, per night applies (sharing the same bed only), Includes room amenities, towels, blankets, and drinking water.

Extra Bed: A surcharge of 30 USD per bed, per night applies.
EXTRA CHARGED FOR DAMAGED POLICY
We kindly ask a l guests to treat the room and its contents with care. In the event that any items or equipment in the room are damaged, lost, wrong purpose usage or broken during your stay, the fo lowing charges wi l apply:

Furniture (e.g., chairs, tables): Replacement or repair cost.

Electronics (e.g., TV, remote, ke tle): Replacement or repair cost.

Linens (e.g., sheets, towels, blankets): Replacement cost per item.

Decorative Items (e.g., lamps, artwork): Replacement cost per item.
Please note that charges wi l be based on the current value of the damaged item according to our hotel equipment damage list, including labor costs if repairs are needed.
Example Case:
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in a l guest rooms. A fine of $500 will be imposed if smoking is detected inside the room. We have designated smoking areas available for your convenience.
PET POLICY
We love pets, but for the comfort and safety of a l our guests, pets are not a lowed in our hotel. We appreciate your understanding in this ma ter.
SMELLY ODORS FOOD
We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming any type of foods with strong odors (e.g., durian, fermented foods, pungent spices, seafood, etc.) in your room. A fine of $500 will be applied if strong odors are detected.
BREAKFAST ADD-ON PRICING:
If your booking does not include breakfast and you wish to add it to your stay, the fo lowing charges apply:
